I want to begin with the truth most of us never hear: you’re not imagining it.
Your pain is real. Your exhaustion is real. Your confusion, your fear, your frustration, all real.
If you’ve ever sat in a waiting room rehearsing your symptoms, only to be told everything is “normal”…
If you’ve ever walked out of an appointment feeling smaller than when you walked in…
If you’ve ever been made to feel dramatic, difficult, or weak for simply wanting relief…
I see you. I know you. Because I have been you.
My story started long before I ever became a nurse. I was ten years old when my body first began whispering that something was wrong. Those whispers turned into symptoms that followed me through adolescence, pain that stole my breath, fatigue that swallowed entire days, cycles that made no sense. Eventually, the names came: PCOS. Endometriosis. And more. But names aren’t the same as answers, and answers aren’t the same as care.
For years, I learned to navigate a system that rarely made space for me. I was told to “lose weight,” to “manage stress,” to “wait it out,” to “accept that being a woman is painful.” I learned what it felt like to swallow my questions because appointments were rushed. I learned what it felt like to wonder if my body was betraying me, or if I was simply failing to cope.
I know the ache of being dismissed. The loneliness of holding invisible pain.
And the grief of feeling like your body is a problem to solve rather than a home to care for.
That lived experience changed me. It shaped not just the nurse I became, but the woman, the caregiver, and the advocate.
I grew up in Richmond, BC, grounded in the warmth of my Pakistani roots and guided by my identity as a Muslim woman of colour. I learned early what it means to move through healthcare systems that don’t always reflect your culture, your values, or your faith. I learned how it feels to sit across from professionals who don’t understand your context, your language, or your lived experience.
Before nursing, I studied sociology, and it opened my eyes even wider. I saw the structural gaps, the inequities, the patterns. I saw who is often believed, and who is not. Whose pain is prioritized, and whose is minimized. Who is offered solutions, and who is told to “be patient.”
And in nursing, I saw the same stories repeating. Women whose symptoms were brushed aside. Racialized patients whose concerns were interpreted differently. People with chronic illness left without tools, without advocacy, without hope.
I knew I couldn’t keep working within a model that left so many people unseen.
So I built something I never had:
That is how Élevé Holistic Health & Wellness was born.
Élevé means “elevated, uplifted”, and that is the heart of my work: to help you rise out of survival mode and into a life that feels supportive, balanced, and yours again.
Here, I blend the best of two worlds, evidence-based nursing care and holistic whole-person healing, because real wellness isn’t one or the other. It’s both. It’s science and soul. Data and intuition. Guidance and autonomy. It’s your story, your culture, your faith, your identity being central to your care, not an afterthought.
Here, you are not a case. Not a diagnosis. Not “complicated.”
You are a human being with a story that deserves to be heard.
If you’ve ever felt dismissed, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to go next, this space was created for you.
If you’ve ever carried your pain alone, you don’t have to anymore.
If you’ve ever wondered whether something better exists, it does.
This is where your healing can begin, gently, safely, and on your terms.
At Élevé Holistic Health & Wellness, care is guided by a signature framework I call the C+C+C Framework; three interconnected values that shape every client relationship and every healing journey.
Meeting you exactly where you are, with empathy, respect, and belief in your story. Compassion means listening deeply and empowering you with the knowledge, tools, and advocacy skills to feel confident in your health.

Walking beside you as a partner, not as an authority towering above. Collaboration means co-creating evidence-based, holistic, and culturally safe care that honors your goals, your pace, and your lived experience.

Recognizing that health is not only physical, but also emotional, spiritual, and relational. Connection means honoring your faith, culture, and identity — caring for you as a whole person.

This framework is what makes Élevé unique. It is not just about treating symptoms, but about building trust, co-creating solutions, and elevating your wellness journey.
I don’t see “cases” or “symptoms.” I see full human beings with stories, cultures, and identities that matter. My goal is to walk alongside you with respect, education, and empowerment.
You don't have to walk this alone. Whether you're navigating hormones, pain, burnout, or simply seeking balance, Élevé is here to support you with knowledge, compassion, and care that honours your story.
